Geçtiğimiz günlerde Space Soldiers takımının oyuncusu Çağatay”Despe”Sedef ESL tarafından ban yemişti(2 Yıllık Turnuva Banı) ve söz konusu ban hile kullanımındandı. Dün ESL bu konuda yaptığı araştırmalar sonucunda Despe’nin hiç bir hile kullanımıyla alakası olmadığını ortaya koyan bir yazı bildirildi. Sonuç olarak ESL Despe’den ve Space Soldiers’tan bir özür diledi ve bununla ilgili bir yazı yayımladı;
“Recently, a Turkish player, DESPE, from team Space Soldiers was given an ESL ban after suspicion of cheating. The ban occurred due to an erroneous connection of DESPE’s ESL Play account with the ESL Play account of a banned cheater.
“Having reviewed the case in detail, it is definitive however that there has been no wrongdoing on the part of “DESPE”. There is no evidence or documentation connecting “DESPE” to the account in question or to cheating of any kind.
“Consequently the player has been unbanned and ESL wishes to apologize to “DESPE” and Space Soldiers for the false flagging by our system & admins and the consequences of this.”
Bu açıklamada Despe’nin hileden dolayı ESL’den banlandığını ve daha sonrasında Despe tarafında hiç bir hata olmadığını veya hile ile ilgili kanıt bulamadıklarını söyleyen ESL yetkilisi hem Despe’den hemde Space Soldiers’dan özür dilemekle bildirisini sonlandırdı.
